Jiliein Terms & Conditions

By creating an account on Jiliein, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the Jiliein Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Jiliein reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to the provisions set out in Section 14 of this document.

To register and use the Jiliein Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is consistent with Philippine regulations governing casino-style online gaming under PAGCOR guidelines. Jiliein strictly enforces this requirement and conducts identity verification during the registration process.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of Jiliein or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Jiliein Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

To access the full range of Jiliein services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Jiliein Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify Jiliein immediately at the contact details provided in Section 15 if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Jiliein shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

Jiliein reserves the right to require additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, or source-of-funds documentation, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

Jiliein supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Jiliein does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time. Jiliein reserves the right to impose transaction limits, request additional verification, or delay processing of any transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your Jiliein wallet are available for gaming use once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Jiliein is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. Jiliein aims to process approved withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are met. See Section 5 for full details.
• Refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable once credited to your gaming wallet, except in cases of technical error or where required by applicable law.

Jiliein offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programs to registered users. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. Jiliein reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Jiliein reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a user's account and subject to active wagering will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the Jiliein Platform — including arcade fishing games, slot titles, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

Jiliein's games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Sports betting odds are set by Jiliein and may be updated at any time prior to the commencement of an event. Jiliein reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has commenced, where the outcome was already known, or where a technical error affected the odds displayed.

• Bets once confirmed are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user, except where Jiliein exercises its right to void bets under these Terms.
• Jiliein reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount for any game or market at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in Jiliein's server logs shall be considered definitive, subject to review by Jiliein's compliance team.
• Jiliein is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's misunderstanding of game rules or betting mechanics.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Jiliein Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in multiplayer game environments.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Jiliein staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

All content on the Jiliein Platform — including but not limited to game graphics, software, text, logos, trademarks, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of Jiliein or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of Jiliein.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Jiliein, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

Jiliein does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Jiliein makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the accuracy of any information contained therein.

Jiliein reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring suspension or termination.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more, subject to applicable dormant account policies.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet (net of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Jiliein is not obligated to return bonus balances where the applicable wagering requirements have not been met at the time of termination.

Jiliein is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all users. We provide a range of tools to help users manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings.

Users who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may do so at any time by contacting our support team or using the self-exclusion feature in their account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. Jiliein will take all reasonable steps to enforce self-exclusion, including blocking access to the Platform and suppressing marketing communications.

The Privacy Policy describes how Jiliein collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact Jiliein's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Jiliein will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

Jiliein reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Jiliein will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 10.
