Jiliein is an online gaming platform serving registered users in the Philippines, offering arcade fishing games, sports betting markets, slot titles, and promotional services. In the course of providing these services, Jiliein necessarily collects and processes certain personal information about its users.

We take our obligations as a personal information controller seriously. We are committed to processing your personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently — collecting only what is necessary, retaining it only for as long as required, and protecting it with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards.

Where Jiliein engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf — such as payment processors, identity verification providers, or cloud infrastructure providers — those parties act as personal information processors and are bound by data processing agreements that require them to process your data only on Jiliein's instructions and in accordance with applicable Philippine privacy law.

Jiliein collects the following categories of personal data from users of the Platform:

Jiliein collects personal data through the following means:

• Direct collection: Information you provide when registering an account, completing identity verification, making deposits or withdrawals, contacting customer support, or participating in promotions.
• Automated collection: Technical and usage data collected automatically when you access the Platform, including through cookies, web beacons, log files, and similar tracking technologies. See Section 10 for more details on our use of cookies.
• Third-party sources: Identity and fraud-check data received from third-party verification providers, payment processors such as GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank, and publicly available sources where permitted by law.
• Regulatory sources: Information received from PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory bodies in connection with our compliance obligations.

Jiliein uses the personal data we collect for the following purposes:

• Account management: To create, maintain, and administer your Jiliein account, including verifying your identity and age (21+ requirement) during registration and at subsequent points.
• Service delivery: To provide access to games, process bets, credit winnings, and deliver all features of the Jiliein Platform.
• Financial transactions: To process deposits and withdrawals via your chosen Philippine payment method, and to maintain accurate transaction records.

• Customer support: To respond to your enquiries, resolve disputes, and improve the quality of our support services.
• Marketing communications: To send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates, where you have provided consent or where we have a legitimate interest in doing so. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings.
• Platform improvement: To analyse usage patterns, conduct research, and improve the features, performance, and user experience of the Jiliein Platform.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, Jiliein processes your personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform our contract with you — i.e., to provide the Jiliein gaming services you have registered for, including account management, game access, and financial transactions.
• Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering obligations, PAGCOR licensing requirements, and tax reporting obligations.
• Legitimate interests: Processing carried out for Jiliein's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement, where such interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent — primarily in relation to marketing communications and the use of non-essential cookies. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

Jiliein does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other Philippine payment service providers, for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals.
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC and age verification service providers engaged to verify your identity and confirm that you meet the 21+ age requirement.
• Cloud and IT service providers: Infrastructure, hosting, and security service providers who process data on our behalf under binding data processing agreements.
• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and other Philippine government agencies, where disclosure is required by law, court order, or regulatory directive.

Jiliein retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and anti-money laundering regulations.
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments.
• Identity verification documents: Retained for the duration of your account and for five (5) years following account closure.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, or longer where required for dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for as long as you remain a registered user and for three (3) years following account closure, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with Jiliein's data disposal procedures.

Jiliein implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, alteration, or disclosure. These measures include, but are not limited to:

• Encryption of personal data in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols.
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest using AES-256 or equivalent encryption standards.
• Role-based access controls limiting access to personal data to authorised personnel only.
• Regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scanning of the Platform.
• Multi-factor authentication requirements for account access and administrative systems.

While Jiliein takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying Jiliein immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Jiliein uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform to enhance your user experience, maintain session security, and collect analytics data. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the Platform.

The Jiliein Platform is strictly intended for users who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Jiliein does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If Jiliein becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the Jiliein Platform, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 14.

Jiliein reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, or NPC guidance. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this Policy. Your continued use of the Jiliein Platform following any update to this Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your personal data.
